  • - Understanding customer’s processes and implementing Appenss solutions using best practices.

·        - Requirements gathering, analysis, documentation & evaluation.

·        - Build business case scenarios.

·        - Manage full lifecycle of analysis, design, and testing phases.

  • - Software Product configuration.
  • - Data cleansing, conversion and importing.

·        - Conducting trainings for the system users according to project requirements.

·        - Assist software developers with the creation of detailed design specifications for software product.


Required Experience/Skills:

  • - Omani national or resident in Oman
    - BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical field or equivalent experience
  • - 1+ years of experience providing functional support for emerging to enterprise level software applications (SaaS, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, PowerBI)
  • - Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
  • - Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • - Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
  • - Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills
